All garment orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.

Estimated delivery timelines based on location:

• Bengaluru: 1–2 business days

• Metro Cities: 2–3 business days

• Other Cities: 3–5 business days

• Remote Areas: Up to 10 days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festivals.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999

• Flat ₹79 fee on orders below ₹999

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Delays

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts:

• The order may be returned to us

• Re-shipping charges may apply
