Return & Exchange Policy

At Kyuro, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

All original tags must be intact.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a return or exchange

Email us at support@kyuro.in with the order ID, detail 

3. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the return/exchange product from you.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a refund for returns or dispatch the replacement product for exchanges.

4. Important Notes

Requests raised more than 7 days after delivery will not be considered.
Products that fail inspection will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the stated conditions.
